FINCA is a casual restaurant which highlights Baja and Sonora style Mexican food with an emphasis on wood-grilled seafood and carne asada. Located in the historic farmhouse of the Old Hometown Nursery of Paso Robles comes the latest project from the owners of La Taquiza - a casual Napa based Mexican restaurant that has been in the Michelin Guide over the years.

Founded in 2022 by restaurateurs Chris & Nicole Haisma, In Bloom offers sophisticated dining with a laid-back atmosphere. Vinyl records spinning on the house turntable sets the nostalgic backdrop and our dedication to sourcing only the finest ingredients from local farms and purveyors ensures that each dish, cocktail, and wine reflects spirit of California’s Central Coast.

Start your day at Paso Market Walk with fresh coffee and warm muffins from our local café counter, JoeBella Coffee Roasters. Grab a vegan panini from The Vreamery or a classic roasted turkey sandwich from Third Degree Grill, served on fresh-baked bread by our in-house chef. Enjoy breakfast al fresco on our beautifully landscaped urban grounds, perfect for both locals and visitors.

Later, swing by Hog Canyon Brewery for a crisp ale, IPA, or a splash of sparkling local wine and bubbly mixed drinks. Discover Gravesend Eatery & Bottle Shop, where local, seasonal ingredients take center stage. Craving something sweet? Stop by Just Baked for a treat from their popular dessert bar. And if Italian flavors are calling, Leo Leo Gelato is always worth a visit—any time of day.

End your evening at LA BIGA with a glass (or bottle) of local wine and handmade, oven-fired pizza crafted with care. On campus, you’ll also find a wide range of flavors—from Finca’s bold “Cocina California” to the beautifully curated California cuisine and inviting ambiance at in Bloom. Whether you’re here for a quick bite or a leisurely evening, Paso Market Walk has something to savor at every turn.
