FINCA is a casual restaurant which highlights Baja and Sonora style Mexican food with an emphasis on wood-grilled seafood and carne asada. Located in the historic farmhouse of the Old Hometown Nursery of Paso Robles comes the latest project from the owners of La Taquiza - a casual Napa based Mexican restaurant that has been in the Michelin Guide over the years.
Founded in 2022 by restaurateurs Chris & Nicole Haisma, In Bloom offers sophisticated dining with a laid-back atmosphere. Vinyl records spinning on the house turntable sets the nostalgic backdrop and our dedication to sourcing only the finest ingredients from local farms and purveyors ensures that each dish, cocktail, and wine reflects spirit of California’s Central Coast.
Wake up with hot fresh coffee and muffins from our local cafe counter, JoeBella Coffee Roasters. Grab a vegan panini from The Vreamery, or a classic roasted turkey sandwich from our talented chef at Third Degree Grill on fresh bread and eat al fresco on our beautiful urban grounds.

Templeton Valley Farms inhabits our Lath House as the only 100% certified organic farm in our county. Pick up fresh bread, eggs, veggies and fruits. And grab a speciality flower bouquet inside the market Colline Flowers.

Stop at our local brewery, Hog Canyon, for an ale or IPA, featuring imported champagne and fizzy mixed bubbles. Explore Momotaro Ramen offering up an array of colorful and tasty noodle choices. Get your sugar fix at our local bakery, Just Baked, featuring their dessert bar. And if you can't resist the Italian delicatessen on campus, Leo Leo Gelato won't mind, anytime of the day.

Finish your day at Paso Robles Wine Merchant for a beautiful glass or bottle of local still and sparkling wines and vegetable forward menu. Savor regional oysters served on weekends. And now open is Via Caravaggio 147 which offers fresh authentic pizza right out of their their handmade brick over shipped straight from Naples.
