Vinyl records spinning on the house turntable sets the nostalgic backdrop and our dedication to sourcing only the finest ingredients from local farms and purveyors ensures that each dish, cocktail, and wine reflects spirit of California’s Central Coast.

Haisma, a passionate wine collector and longtime fan of Paso Robles, frequently visited the area for nearly 15 years forming longtime friendships with locals and winemakers. Falling in love with the region, they aspired to one day settle there permanently and in 2020, they did just that. Chris, Nicole, and their two young children left Chicago for their California dreams by officially moving to Paso Robles.
