On May 20, we’re excited to welcome owner and winemaker Carl Bowker for an evening centered around wines built for exactly what their name suggests…winding down, relaxing, and enjoying the moment.
Carl’s path to wine wasn’t rushed. After decades in business, a turning point trip to Europe sparked a deep appreciation for old-world winemaking and the connection between land and family. That ultimately led him to Paso Robles, where he founded Caliza Winery and later launched End of the Day as a complementary label focused on approachable, everyday wines with serious character.
End of the Day wines are crafted to be vibrant, balanced, and easy to enjoy. We’ll be pouring 4 wines that capture the spirit of the label.
Chef Amy will be in the kitchen with dishes built to pair seamlessly with the lineup.
